About Me
My name is Natalie Woods. I was born at an extremely young age on December 31, 1997. I am currently a senior at NCHS as well as a member of the school’s math club, science club, and beta club. As for non-club activities, I play trombone in the marching band and run cross country. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and large dogs. I wanted to join CEO because I wanted to learn. Simple as that. I love learning. I love the almost tangible feeling of knowledge that you get from learning about something that interests you and that you find useful. CEO felt like that for me. I had the opportunity to come into CEO at its second year as a program in Jasper County and hear all the stories from its former students. I think that’s what sold me on the program. The way it was described to me, CEO is a learning environment in which everyone wants to be there and to participate. It’s rare to find that in the average high school classroom. In the CEO class though, everyone there wants to not only learn, but to grow within the program. It’s real world experience with actually useful life tools and lessons. What a concept. Despite its early morning start time, I, for one, am very excited to be here.
